Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how AVM Analytics ("AVM," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit avm-analytics.com, schedule a call, contact us, receive our communications, or interact with our marketing, analytics, and business-growth services.
Client projects may be governed by additional agreements, including a master services agreement, statement of work, data-processing terms, or business associate agreement. If those terms conflict with this public website policy, the applicable signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Information we collect
- Contact and business information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, role, practice type, goals, and messages.
- Scheduling information processed through Calendly, including appointment selections and information you enter in the booking form.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location, campaign parameters, and interactions with videos or calls to action.
- Information supplied during a client relationship as necessary to deliver contracted services.
Protected health information
The public website, contact forms, analytics events, and scheduling tools are not intended to receive protected health information (PHI) or identifiable patient information. Please do not submit patient names, diagnoses, medical records, treatment details, insurance information, or other sensitive clinical data through these channels.
Where AVM is expressly engaged to handle PHI on behalf of a covered entity or business associate, that work must be governed by an appropriate written agreement, including a business associate agreement where legally required. Describing a workflow as HIPAA-aligned is not a blanket certification of any client’s entire environment.
How we use information
- Respond to enquiries, evaluate fit, schedule calls, prepare proposals, and provide requested services.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and client experience.
- Understand campaign and website performance, including video engagement and booking conversion.
- Send service communications and, where permitted, relevant marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, prevent misuse, and protect the rights, safety, and security of AVM, our clients, and others.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising technology
We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, campaign parameters, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure engagement, attribute bookings, and evaluate marketing. These technologies may be provided by analytics, scheduling, hosting, video, or advertising vendors.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising activities may be treated as "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale" under some state privacy laws. You may contact us to request an applicable opt-out, and you can also limit cookies through your browser or device settings.
How we disclose information
- Service providers supporting hosting, security, scheduling, communications, analytics, advertising, document management, and professional operations.
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal or regulatory authorities when reasonably necessary.
- A successor or counterparty in connection with a merger, financing, reorganisation, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
- Other parties when you direct us to disclose information or provide valid consent.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and relationship.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards. No internet transmission, storage platform, or security control can guarantee absolute security, so please use care when deciding what to submit online.
Your privacy choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an opt-out from certain processing. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. You may also designate an authorised agent where applicable.
To exercise a privacy right, withdraw marketing consent, or ask about our practices, contact us using the email below. You will not be discriminated against for exercising an applicable privacy right.
International users and children
AVM is based in the United States and may use providers operating in other jurisdictions. By interacting with us, your information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through another reasonable channel.
